How to Be Successful in Champion Mindset

This program is specifically designed for student athletes and is structured to provide you with success over six weeks. Over the next 6 weeks, we'll explore what it takes to develop a winning mentality, a champion mindset that will empower you to reach new heights in your athletic pursuits.

This program is designed in a specific way to give you success to develop a strong mental foundation and apply what you are learning to your sport and in your life.

Perform this program as it is designed with 1 lesson per week over 6 weeks. 


For you to get the most out of this program, please follow each lesson as they are designed.

  1. Each week you will watch a video or series of videos on a key sports mindset principle. 
  2. You will have a practice drill related to each lesson to practice during the week. And . . .
  3. At the end of the week, you will have a reflection on the lesson and practice drill before you begin the next training session. 

The instructions in each lesson will be clear on what you will be doing week to week. 


Try not to skip a week and don’t rush ahead. If you do end up skipping or missing a week just pick up where you left off and continue the program as designed. 

You will need a journal to take notes and excitment for your sport.
